1. Introduction

Welcome to Naad Studio ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. This Privacy Policy explains how our desktop application and web companion services collect, handle, and store user data.

2. No Cloud Media Storage

Our core philosophy centers on user-owned data. Naad Studio does not run central databases storing your original video content. Video files uploaded via our Desktop Publisher are pushed directly from your local system into your private Cloudflare R2 bucket. We have no access to your media assets.

3. Information We Collect

Authentication Data: When you sign in via Google Authentication, we securely verify your profile credentials to sync folder parameters and collections.
R2 API Keys: Your R2 Bucket Credentials (Access Keys, Secret Keys) are stored securely on your local system when using the Desktop App, or loaded securely via local environment variables. We never transmit these secrets to our servers.
Local Diagnostics: Diagnostic logs (FFmpeg output status, upload progression speeds) are kept purely local to help debug encoding pipelines.

4. Security

We implement strict measures, including client-side encryption, tokenized handshakes, and HTTPS protocols to ensure that tokens are transmitted securely to local app endpoints.
