1. Terms Acceptance
By downloading Naad Desktop Publisher or visiting the Naad Web companion dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please discontinue usage.
2. License Grant & Usage
Naad Studio grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app software for local media transcoding (slicing and processing adaptive bitrate HLS files) and uploading items to your storage provider.
3. Cloudflare R2 Costs & Fair Use
Naad is a gateway interface. All charges, traffic, hosting, and egress fees related to files stored in Cloudflare R2 are directly billed to you by Cloudflare. Naad is not liable for data storage costs or bandwidth usage surges.
4. Limitation of Liability
Naad Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for files lost during transcode slicing, bucket overwrite errors, or local drive failures during encoding operations.
